Solar Sales Engineer / Representative

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and cold calling.
• Execute sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain long term customer relationships.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to contract closure or delivery of products.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and agreements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and adherence to credit terms.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules and after-sales support.
• Support Marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the solar trading, distribution, or industrial products industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required to effectively support and communicate with Arabic-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to support business growth.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
