Solar Sales Executive

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities (Commercial & Industrial clients)

• Meet clients, conduct site visits & understand energy requirements

• Propose Solar PV & BESS solutions based on client needs

• Prepare quotations, proposals & deliver presentations

• Achieve sales targets by promoting company products and solutions

• Follow up on client down payments and ensure smooth deal closure

• Provide after-sales service, including courtesy calls and site visits

• Manage proposal timelines, tender submissions & coordination

• Work closely with internal engineering & operations teams

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Monitor market trends, competitors & government policies

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)

• Experience in solar / engineering / construction industry is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated personality

• Comfortable handling technical solutions

• Willing to travel and possess own transport

• Good command of English (Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is an advantage)

• Candidates with short notice availability will be prioritized
