Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of solar energy solutions in Gorakhpur. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry and be comfortable handling both B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
• Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, dealers, and commercial clients.
• Promote rooftop solar systems and other solar energy solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales is mandatory.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and solar products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
