Solar Sales Representative

About the role

Veritas is looking for a motivated Solar Sales Representative to help grow our residential solar and backup-power business. Your main responsibility is to find potential customers, generate sales opportunities, present our products, and close sales. You will be trained on our products and supported by the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads for residential solar and power solutions.
• Prospect for homeowners through calls, social media, referrals, networking, and field activities.
• Contact and qualify potential customers.
• Introduce solar panels, power stations, batteries, and residential solar systems.
• Understand the customer's basic power requirements.
• Present suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and quotations.
• Negotiate and close sales.

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate preferred.
• Proven sales experience is required.
• Experience in retail, appliances, telecommunications, construction, electrical, real estate, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups.
• Willing to conduct field sales.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Willing to learn solar products and technology.
• Resourceful, proactive, and willing to help build the company's residential sales business from the ground up.
