Solar Appointment Setter

Position: Solar Appointment Setter
Compensation: 100% Commission
Training: Tuesday–Saturday, In-Office

We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working independently, and wants unlimited earning potential through commission.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned areas and speak with homeowners.
• Introduce homeowners to available solar options and benefits.
• Identify interested homeowners and set qualified appointments for our solar team.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company.
• Follow up with leads and appointments as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals.

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to drive to assigned areas.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to attend required in-office training Tuesday through Saturday.
