Position Overview

Solar Service Network is looking for an experienced, hands-on Solar Service Technician to join our team part-time, with a clear path to full-time.

We specialize in servicing and maintaining solar systems for homeowners — especially those whose original installer is no longer in business. Our goal is simple: help customers protect their $40,000+ investment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can step in, troubleshoot issues, and grow with a fast-moving company.

Pay

$20–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled service calls at residential properties
• Troubleshoot and repair solar systems
• Perform system diagnostics, inspections, and maintenance
• Take detailed notes, photos, and upload job information same-day
• Work safely on rooftops and ladders
• Manage time effectively and stay on schedule

Requirements

• Previous solar experience (installation or service)
• Experience working with systems such as Enphase or SolarEdge
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Ability to troubleshoot systems independently
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable
