Solar Site Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Executive with hands-on experience in executing large-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing turnkey solar projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution from planning through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of utility-scale and C&I solar projects.
• Coordinate turnkey solar projects from planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Perform project planning, resource allocation, and project monitoring.
• Support procurement planning, material management, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare project MIS reports and monitor project milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Travel to project sites whenever required.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 36 years of experience in large-scale solar project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in large-scale utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of turnkey solar project execution and project analysis.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, project planning, vendor coordination, and site execution.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
