Solar Structure Fabricator

We are looking for an experienced Solar Panel Fabricator to join our installation team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication and installation-related work for rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and installation of structures for rooftop solar panel systems.
• Cutting, drilling, welding, and assembling MS/GI structures as required.
• Taking measurements and preparing structures according to site requirements.
• Ensuring proper alignment, strength, and finishing of fabricated structures.
• Working safely at project sites and following required safety procedures.
• Coordinating with the solar installation team during project execution.
• Maintaining tools and equipment used for fabrication work.
• Supporting other installation-related activities when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fabrication work.
• Experience in solar panel mounting structure fabrication/installation will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, drilling, and fabrication tools.
• Ability to read basic measurements and understand site requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/site conditions.
• Good teamwork and a responsible attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in rooftop solar installation or solar structure fabrication.
• Knowledge of MS/GI fabrication.
• Basic understanding of solar mounting structures.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Location: Thripunithura, Cochin
