Solar Technical Support Engineer

Oakridge Power is expanding its presence across the U.S. solar market, and we are looking for a hands-on technical professional to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide both pre-sales and after-sales technical support for solar PV products and projects across the United States. Key responsibilities will include technical consultation, product and system troubleshooting, customer support, field coordination, and issue resolution.

• Solar PV systems and products
• Renewable energy or electrical equipment
• Technical service, troubleshooting, and field support
• Customer communication and cross-functional coordination

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide technical consultation, including pre-sales and after-sales technical support for solar PV products and related systems.

* Assist with troubleshooting, technical enquiries, and service coordination.

* Communicate with customers, local partners, and internal technical teams.

* Support site visits, issue follow-up, and basic service reporting when required.

* Help ensure timely and professional resolution of customer technical issues.

Requirements:

* 2–10 years of relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, or technical service roles.

* Basic understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, or related electrical equipment.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel within Texas or nearby areas if required.

* Mandarin language skills preferred.
