What they need
We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling solar panel installation, electrical wiring, system testing, and ensuring optimal performance of solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute solar PV projects (rooftop / ground-mounted).
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility analysis.
- Coordinate with installation teams.
- Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Perform quality checks and ensure proper commissioning of systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation.
