What they need
We are looking for a Solar Technician Helper to assist the Solar Technician in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar panel systems. The successful candidate will help prepare tools and materials, support installation activities, and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently under the supervision of the Solar Technician.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in solar installation
- Willing to learn and follow instructions from the Solar Technician
- Physically fit, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Willing to be assigned to any project location as required by the company
