Solar Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company's solar products, services, and benefits to customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about suitable solar solutions.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
• Update lead status in CRM, Excel, or other company systems.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and customer requirements.
• Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Follow up on quotations and pending customer responses when required.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
