Job Title: Solar Tender Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant government and private solar tenders.

• Handle online tender portals and e-tender submissions.

• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.

• Prepare technical and commercial bids and quotations.

• Manage tender-related documentation, EMD and other required certificates.

• Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and approvals.

• Track tender deadlines, submission status and results.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 13 years of experience in tendering or documentation preferred.

• Knowledge of government tenders and e-tendering portals.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
