Solicitor 1-3 years PQE

About the role

You will manage a range of residential property transactions, develop strong client relationships, and play an important role in delivering practical legal solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement.
• Advise clients on property sales, purchases, refinancing, subdivisions and related transactions.
• Draft and review a variety of property and finance documents.
• Work directly with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
• Maintain high standards of client service and file management.
• Assist with a broad range of property-related matters as required.

About you

• 1-3 years' PQE in a New Zealand legal practice.
• Experience or a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and property law.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• A current New Zealand practising certificate or eligibility to hold one.
