Solicitor - Banking & Finance

Our client is an independent top tier law, full service law firm with lawyers on significant global matters. They work with major national and international organisations and are consistently involved in highly complex and consequential matters.

The opportunity

This role gives you the opportunity to work on large scale and complex financings including lender and sponsor-side work. You will build on a broad range of skills across structuring deals, execution and negotiation. In addition, you will take the lead on the full spectrum of advising on acquisitions, refinancing and new financings for major projects.

About you

Our client is seeking a high performing Solicitor with with 2–4 years’ PQE to join their team. The ideal candidate is also likely to have:

• Experience across banking & finance team working on structured and project finance matters.
• High level drafting skills and attention to detail
• A clear interest in building a career in project finance
