Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our growing legal team. Our firm has a strong focus on Immigration and Family Law, and we are now expanding our services and client base across wider practice areas.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal principles, strong client-care skills, and the ability to handle cases with professionalism, accuracy, and confidence.

This role is central to our continued growth, providing legal advice, representing clients, preparing applications and submissions, managing casework, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and professional standards. We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and keen to develop with an ambitious and expanding firm.

Duties

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of issues, including Immigration Law, and Family Law.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case law to support client cases.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
• Liaise with other professionals, such as Barristers and Financial Advisors, to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

• A qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential for newly qualified solicitors.
