Solicitor

Bennett Carroll, a trusted name in Queensland legal services since 1974, is looking for the right solicitor to join our practice at either the Stafford or Upper Mount Gravatt office.

Role can be part time or full time and the minimum salary is $100k FTE.

The typical caseload for this position involves 60% wills and estates, 20% litigation and 20% commercial. Includes training and ongoing access to support from both Associate and Director level colleagues.

Essential Criteria:

• Permanent work rights with no restrictions
• A current driver licence
• A current practising certificate (or the ability to obtain one) with 0 to 4 years post-admission experience

Experience in the following practice areas is highly desirable but not essential:

• Wills and estates.
