About the opportunity

This is a rare Wellington opportunity to work in a high energy, supportive and collaborative office, alongside an experienced Partner and other senior litigators. You'll work with a variety of clients both in the public and private sectors, including insurers, registration authorities, Crown entities and large private companies. Your work will include matters such as drafting submissions, pleadings and correspondence, legal research and discovery, as well as preparing for court appearances, mediations and judicial settlement conferences.

About you

You'll be an experienced litigation solicitor, preferably with 2-5 years PQE in a private practice. And you'll also have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, with strong organisational skills
• A talent for building relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• A strong academic transcript.
• A desire to build upon your advocacy experience.
