We are seeking a motivated Solicitor to join our Property Litigation team in either our Chelmsford or Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, handling a broad range of property disputes for commercial and residential clients.

The role

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
• Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, covenant disputes and related matters.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercial advice.
• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Support business development and networking activities.

What we're looking for

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation, ideally with exposure to property disputes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player who enjoys building relationships and contributing to a positive culture
