Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Technical Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in SOLIDWORKS. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical activities, support customers, assist the sales team with product demonstrations, and ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate technical activities related to SOLIDWORKS software implementation.

· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.

· Install, configure, and support SOLIDWORKS software.

· Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers.

· Work closely with the Sales and Application Engineering teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

· Coordinate customer training sessions and ensure timely completion.

· Maintain technical documentation, customer records, and support reports.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

· Follow up with customers to ensure successful software adoption and satisfaction.

· Stay updated with the latest SOLIDWORKS features and industry trends.

Quotation & Documentation

· Prepare and coordinate customer quotations based on sales requirements.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations.

· Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and other sales-related documentation.

· Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and customer documentation.

Technical Support Coordination

· Raise technical support tickets for customer issues.

· Monitor ticket progress and follow up with the technical team until closure.

· Escalate high-priority technical issues to the respective Application Engineers or Technical Manager.

· Ensure timely resolution of customer support requests while maintaining regular customer updates.

Sales & Customer Coordination

· Coordinate between the Sales Team and Technical Team for pre-sales and post-sales activities.

· Assist in preparing customer proposals and documentation.

· Maintain customer databases, renewal schedules, and software license records.

· Follow up with customers for pending approvals, purchase orders, and support requirements.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of SOLIDWORKS (Parts, Assemblies, and Drawings).

· Basic understanding of CAD/CAM concepts and mechanical engineering principles.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Qualification

· B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience working with SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
