ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

As a Solution Advisory Manager – SAP (RISE & GROW) , you will join our Sales team and act as the bridge between commercial and delivery organizations, helping customers define their digital transformation journey through SAP solutions.

You will play a key role throughout the sales cycle, participating in discovery sessions, designing solution architectures, leading proposal development and presenting compelling SAP value propositions to enterprise and upper mid-market customers across the region.

Working closely with Sales, Delivery and SAP stakeholders, you will help shape winning solutions based on RISE with SAP , GROW with SAP , S/4HANA Cloud , SAP BTP , Analytics and integration technologies.

You will also contribute to AI-enabled ways of working , leveraging modern technologies and best practices to improve productivity, collaboration and customer engagement.

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director – Large Enterprise

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the sales team to lead customer discovery and qualification sessions , understanding business objectives, challenges and technical requirements.
• Translate customer pain points into high-level SAP solution architectures aligned with SAP best practices and transformation roadmaps.
• Analyse and respond to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs , identifying key requirements, deliverables and evaluation criteria.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, solution descriptions and compliance matrices in collaboration with delivery and functional experts.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure proposal quality, consistency and alignment before submission.
• Design and present tailored SAP architectures covering RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP and associated cloud extensions.
• Develop the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) required to support the creation of commercial Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities, customer expectations and project objectives .
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and executive presentations to prospects, customers and decision-makers.
• Adapt demo scenarios and solution messaging to industry-specific requirements and business challenges.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between Sales and Delivery teams throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
• Support smooth project transitions by providing clear solution documentation and handover to delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with SAP and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant programs and initiatives.
• Stay current with developments across the SAP portfolio , particularly S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Analytics and integration technologies.
• Contribute to the development of presales assets, demo environments, templates and best practices .
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP Presales, Solution Advisory, Solution Architecture or Delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public and Private Cloud).
• Demonstrated experience in RFP/RFQ response management, solution design and technical proposal development .
• Experience defining and validating BOQs and solution scope within SAP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP cloud technologies, including SAP BTP, Analytics and Integration solutions .
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills .
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and business decision-makers .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously .
• Experience working for or with SAP Partners, System Integrators or Global System Integrators (GSIs) is highly desirable.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Delivery and Partner ecosystems.
• Interest in innovation, continuous learning and leveraging AI-driven technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic is considered an advantage.
