Solution Analyst

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
• Strong understanding of the employment landscape and current market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
