About the Role

We’re seeking a banking Solution Analyst for a 12-month engagement. This is an onsite position based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse requirements with business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Analyse business requirement documents and break requirements into solutions.
Contribute to preparing and validating low-level designs.
Support solution design, integrations, testing, and implementation.
Work with APIs, system architecture, payment systems, and core banking platforms.
Prepare clear documentation and support alignment between business and technology teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Required Skills

Background in solution or business analysis in banking.
Knowledge of payment systems and core banking platforms.
Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/SRD documentation, and functional analysis.
Exposure to low-level design and development environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
Experience in the KSA banking sector is an advantage.
