Your new Role

As a Senior Solution Analyst – People, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions that support HAVI’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Solution Owner, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, integrated, and user-centric HR systems. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration with the central HCM system ( SAP SuccessFactors ).

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing HR business requirements and translating them into end-to-end solution designs.
• Supporting the full lifecycle of HR applications, from concept through implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensuring integration with central HCM systems and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Driving reusability and standardization across HR processes, minimizing custom developments.
• Liaising with external service partners for development, testing, and supportactivities.
• Facilitating workshops, gathering feedback, and ensuring user-centric design and adoption.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of HR processes and systems, including Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Core HR.
• Supporting SaaS system administration, including upgrades and configuration changes.
• Overseeing software quality assurance and validate third-party deliverables.
• Creating and maintaining functional specifications, process flows, and sustem architecture documentation.
• Acting as gatekeeper for solution changes, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.
• Monitoring solution performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will need to be succeed

To succeed as a Solution Analyst - People you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Technology, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in solution or business analysis, including at least 2 years working with HR systems;
• Strong understanding of HR processes and platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday;
• Experience in system integration, project management, and working within multicultural and virtual teams;
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and functional specifications;
• Minimum of three years of experience across at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development;
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities;
• Business process knowledge within Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
• Experience working with developers in an outsourced and distributed delivery environment;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
