Solution and Bid Manager - AMS

Role:

• Analyse RFP documentation and coordinate inputs from internal teams
• Prepare Bid structure, pricing and offer documentation
• Support the Account Manager/Director by participating in customer alignment calls
• Manage Timelines, governance and compliance
• Ensures on-time delivery of complete and accurate proposals
• Support Account Manager & Account Director with technical and financial clarifications
• Conduct post-bid analysis and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in role as a client-facing solution architect in the IT Services industry
• Experience in IT services industry, IT outsourcing, end-user/workplace computing, server/storage, networking and data center environments
• Must be a whiz at excel. Able to do vlookups, pivot tables, nested if/and/or functions. Ability to use mapping tools in excel or standalone applications, i.e. Bing maps, 3D maps in Excel
• ITIL Foundations Certification a plus
• Excellent time management skills required. Ability to prioritize competing interests and deliver solutions/pricing within expected timelines
• Critical thinker, willingness to go the extra mile, highly competitive character
• C1 English
• Ability to work within the business hours of region assigned (Americas)
