About The Team The Solution Architecture and Transformation team reports to our Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. We drive Sievo's most important cross-functional initiatives, such as bringing AI into how Sievo works, and support our most complex and strategic client situations together with Sales & Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Operations and Product. The team today is two Principal architects in Helsinki and Chicago. You would be our first team member in Bucharest.

The role We are looking for a Solution & Transformation Consultant (Data & AI) who wants to grow into a senior architect role. You will split your time between two kinds of work:

• Internal transformation: running and supporting cross-functional projects that change how Sievo works, with AI in knowledge work as a major focus.
• Solution architecture: helping design how Sievo's application, data and services should be set up in complex client situations.

You will work closely with our senior architects and learn from them. From the start you will own concrete pieces of work, and your scope will grow as your experience does.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to strategic, cross-functional projects. Recent examples include AI-based spend classification, rolling out AI tools and skills across teams, and post-merger integration.
• Analyze data and processes to find where Sievo can work smarter, then help design and implement the change.
• Build and improve AI-based tools and workflows (for example Claude skills and automations) together with the teams that use them.
• Take part in solution and service architecture design for complex client cases, with Sales & CS, Professional Services and Customer Operations.
• Support technical escalations: dig into the data, find the root cause and prepare options.
• Turn business needs into clear solution blueprints and documentation.
• Build deep knowledge of Sievo's application, services and customer use cases.

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, data, consulting, procurement or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can take a messy question, structure it and get to an answer.
• Solid data skills: at least SQL and Excel, plus an understanding of data models and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT, and interest in building with them (prompts, skills, small automations), not just chatting.
• Clear written and spoken English, including explaining technical topics to non-technical people.
• Comfort with ambiguity and with work that moves between projects rather than following a fixed routine.
• Experience working, or willingness to work, in a distributed team. Your manager and teammates are in Finland and the US, so some calls will fall outside standard Bucharest hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders, for example in consulting, professional services or customer operations
• Knowledge of procurement processes or spend analytics
• Familiarity with Qlik or ERP data
• Experience coordinating projects

This is a full-time position, and the salary ranges between 10.000-15.000 Ron Net depending on skills and experience. This is a hybrid role, and candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
