About the project Drive the design and architecture of next-generation AdTech platforms for global clients across programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), identity resolution, predictive analytics, and measurement. The role involves designing high-load, low-latency, mission-critical systems operating under extreme performance demands.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Architect and oversee scalable AdTech solutions (SSPs, DSP integrations, RTB pipelines, auction engines, and privacy-compliant identity platforms).
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Act as the technical authority across initiatives, defining architectural standards, best practices, reference models, and CI/CD/operational guidelines.
• Discovery & Pre-Sales: Lead discovery phases, system audits, gap analyses, solution scoping, technical estimations, and PoCs for client-facing engagements.
• Performance & Scalability: Provide technical direction for performance tuning, data modeling, cost optimization, and high-throughput/low-latency system design.
• Team Mentorship & Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Devs, PMs, Product, Stakeholders), mentor engineers, and drive technical quality and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
• AdTech Domain Expertise: Proven experience in AdTech (SSP, DSP, Ad Servers, OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, User Sync, Identity Solutions, Audience Data, etc.).
• Tech Stack & System Design: Strong proficiency in C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js, with hands-on experience in high-load, low-latency distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• DevOps & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, messaging, caching, and API design.
• Consulting & Pre-Sales: Track record in pre-sales activities, technical advisory, client-facing presentations, and architectural discovery.
• Language: Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Will be a plus

• Hands-on knowledge of RTB mechanics, auction algorithms, and the Prebid ecosystem.
• Experience with mobile ad delivery (iOS/Android), SDKs, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with AdTech standards & privacy frameworks (TCF 2.2, GPP, UID2, RampID, GDPR/CCPA compliance).
• Experience with ad analytics pipelines, consent management, and ad fraud detection.
