Solution Architect - Banking/Capital Markets

Iris Software's client one of the leading Banking Company in Canada is looking to hire for the following role

Title: Solution Partner - (Banking/Capital Markets)

Role : Hybrid ( 2 to 3 days onsite)

Must Have Skills:

15+ years in Banking /Capital Markets Industry experienced Solution Architect/Solution Partner

Working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled capabilities applied to trading, risk, or operations technology

Experience with Client Onboarding, Reference Data, or MDM platforms

Track record delivering regulatory or compliance-driven platforms (FRTB, SA-CVA, MiFID, EMIR, Volcker, or similar)

Strong architecture background: Java/J2EE, cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent), NoSQL (MongoDB or similar), DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, Ansible)

Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations, Technology, and senior business leadership

Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing global engineering teams

Nice to have skills:

Experience with electronic trade confirmation/allocation platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, Omgeo, Oasys)

Exposure to Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Cloudera)

Working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled capabilities applied to trading, risk, or operations technology

Background spanning both consulting/professional services and direct bank employment
