Solution Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead technical discovery, architecture impact assessment, solution design, integration definition, and technical estimation for an enterprise transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery across applications, APIs, data flows, integrations, infrastructure, security, and downstream systems.
• Assess impacts of new requirements across existing platforms and technology components.
• Define solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend scalable, secure, and practical architectures.
• Develop high-level technical designs covering application, integration, data, security, performance, resilience, and operational requirements.
• Define end-to-end integration and API approaches, including data exchange, middleware, and third-party integrations.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and architecture decisions.
• Break down technical scope and provide inputs for estimation, sequencing, resource planning, and squad sizing.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, Security, Operations, and PMO stakeholders.
• Prepare architecture documentation for governance, review, and approval.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Design, and Enterprise Integration.
• Experience in banking, payments, cards, digital platforms, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data flows, security, and third-party integrations.
• Experience designing solutions across complex enterprise environments and multiple platforms.
• Experience with technical estimation, implementation planning, and architecture governance.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
