Job Requirements :

12-15 years of experience in Software Development Engineering Head role with expertise in Life Insurance domain.
Strong understanding of Technical Architecture principles, including design patterns, data models, and system integration techniques.
Proficiency in developing complex software applications using Java programming language.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across various departments.
