About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset and the ability to engage confidently with clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and customer engagement, helping organizations design solutions that create measurable business value.

You will work directly with clients, delivery teams, engineering leaders, and commercial stakeholders to understand challenges, shape solution strategies, and guide the successful implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions.

This is not a purely technical architecture role. Success requires a combination of technical credibility, business understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships.

What You'll Do

Shape Solutions

• Understand client challenges, goals, and business objectives.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Translate business needs into pragmatic and scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture approaches, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Partner with Clients

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
• Build credibility through technical expertise and professional communication.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to both technical and business audiences.
• Challenge assumptions and help clients identify the most effective solution, not simply the requested one.

Contribute to Business Growth

• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales teams to shape opportunities.
• Identify opportunities where technology can create additional business value.
• Help clients connect technical investments with measurable outcomes.

Guide Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout implementation.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Support successful execution while maintaining a focus on business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise

• Strong software engineering and solution architecture background.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and modern architecture patterns.
