Solution Architect

Your new company:
Join an organisation delivering an important technology programme focused on modernising and enhancing its CRM capability. You’ll work within an established architecture environment on a project bringing together Microsoft technologies, CRM and emerging AI capabilities.

Your new role:
As Solution Architect, you’ll support the Enterprise Architect and provide solution architecture expertise across an active CRM project. A key focus will be shaping solutions that combine established CRM technologies with AI agents, while ensuring they align with wider enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.

This is a 6-month contract based in Wellington, with hybrid working and a requirement to be on site in the CBD at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution architecture leadership across the CRM project
• Support the Enterprise Architect with solution design and architectural decision-making
• Design solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365
• Help shape the integration of AI agents and Copilot capabilities with existing CRM technologies
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs
• Work closely with delivery teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, principles and roadmaps
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and integration considerations
• Produce clear architecture documentation and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Strong Microsoft technology background
• Significant hands-on architecture experience with Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, architecture and integration
• Experience working alongside Enterprise Architects and delivery teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with AI technologies, AI agents or Microsoft Copilot would be highly valued
• Ability to work from the Wellington CBD office at least three days per week
