Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. Deep expertise across the Microsoft Stack (.NET, Azure, Power Platform) and modern frontend technologies (React JS) to build scalable, secure, and high-performing digital products. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders. Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum lifecycles and DevOps cultures.

Technical Expertise :

o Backend: Advanced proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and microservices architecture.

o Frontend: Strong architectural knowledge of React JS, TypeScript

o Low-Code/No-Code: Proven experience in designing enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

o Cloud Platform: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, Serverless architectures, Azure Entra ID ).

o Data Management: Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/Azure SQL) and NoSQL solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

o Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures using modern design patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture).

o Define technical roadmaps and strategy for integrating legacy systems with modern cloud infrastructure.

o Determine the optimal mix of custom code (.NET/React), cloud services (Azure), and low-code solutions (Power Platform) to meet business needs efficiently.

o Establish and enforce best practices for software engineering, code quality, testing strategies, and security compliance.

o Architect modern frontend applications using React JS, ensuring seamless state management, performance optimization, and responsive design

o Guide the development of robust backend APIs using .NET Core / .NET 8+.

o Design high-productivity low-code apps and automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring clean integration with backend APIs via custom connectors.

o Architect secure and scalable Azure environments, utilizing App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and Key Vault.

o Implement DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate testing and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) deployment.

o Collaborate with product owner/ business analysts to translate business goals into technical requirements.

o Mentor and coach senior developers and engineers, conducting architecture reviews and pairing sessions

Pay: ₹3,800,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
