Role Overview: The Solution Architect will understand customers business and technology requirements and translate them into secure, practical and implementable technology solutions, with primary technical depth in cybersecurity and IAM/PAM, supported by sound working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess technology landscape, gaps & risks
• Design integrated solutions across cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, cloud & infrastructure
• Prepare HLDs, architecture diagrams & technical solution descriptions
• Support presales, proposals, SOWs, and effort estimation
• Lead solution handovers and design governance with delivery teams

Skills Required

• Security-by-design, Zero Trust & defence-in-depth principles
• Identity lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, federation, MFA & least privilege
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or comparable IAM/PAM platform
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking & cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Strong customer-facing, presales & technical consulting experience

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, infrastructure, or cloud
• At least 2-3 years in solution design, technical consulting, or presales
• Prior hands-on implementation or technical operations experience strongly preferred
