**Job Title: Solution Architect - CRM / IBM Maximo (Intermediate)

Seeking a Solution Architect / IBM Maximo Technical SME with 10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture. The candidate will lead technical architecture, solution design, Maximo implementations/upgrades, integrations, cloud transformation, testing, and production transition.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years

  of experience with IBM Maximo / Work Order Management systems .

• Strong hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6 / 7.6.1.2 and MAS 9.1 .

• Expertise in Work Order, Asset Management, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Configuration, Scripting, Reporting, and integrations .

• Experience with Maximo upgrades, development, configuration, and ERP/system integrations .

• Strong Cloud transformation experience with public/private Cloud, IaC, and software-defined infrastructure .

• Technical architecture, solution design, functional/technical documentation, business process mapping, and requirements.

• Experience in technical consulting/advisory , preferably within utilities/public sector .

• Experience with data migration, conversion, interfaces, testing, defect management, and RCA .

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
