Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong Cybersecurity and Technology Risk background to define secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology architectures. The role will partner with Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, and Vendors to assess current environments, manage technology risks, and drive target-state architecture and modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess business requirements, processes, applications, and technology environments to define current and target-state architectures.
• Develop architecture blueprints, capability models, technology roadmaps, and reusable enterprise patterns.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage technology, cybersecurity, and third-party risks.
• Ensure solutions comply with security policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, Business, IT, and vendors to resolve architecture and security challenges.
• Evaluate and drive cloud adoption, application modernization, legacy transformation, and technology simplification.
• Present architecture recommendations and risk assessments to technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture governance, standards, and continuous improvement of the architecture practice.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture, IT Architecture, Technology Design, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of Business, Application, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Architecture.
• Strong understanding of technology risk, security-by-design, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Spring, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI-CD.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with legacy modernization, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and Zero Trust.
• Certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, SABSA, AWS/Azure/GCP are an advantage.
