Solution Architect | D365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform | UK Remote | Permanent | £100k-£110k

A leading Microsoft consultancy is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform Solution Architect to help deliver complex digital transformation programmes for customers across a range of industries.

Working closely with technical delivery teams and senior customer stakeholders, you'll lead solution architecture, shape technology strategy and ensure Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure solutions are designed to support long-term business objectives.

The role

As a Solution Architect, you'll take ownership of solution design across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations, ensuring technology decisions align with customer requirements and wider transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform and Azure
• Running discovery workshops and architecture design sessions with customer stakeholders
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture designs
• Defining technology strategies and architectural approaches that support long-term digital transformation
• Ensuring seamless integration between Dynamics 365, Power Platform and wider enterprise systems
• Providing architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Working closely with customers to understand their operational landscape and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Supporting technical decision-making, architecture validation and the development of strategic technology roadmaps
• Contributing to internal architecture standards, best practices and mentoring within delivery teams

What we're looking for

• In depth CRM experience, ideally specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with demonstrable examples of end to end programmes
• Strong technical expertise across Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform and the wider Microsoft technology ecosystem
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions, integrations and solution architecture
• Strong understanding of business requirements analysis, architecture design and business process optimisation
• Experience leading architecture workshops and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to balance customer requirements with technical best practice and long-term technology strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching and mentoring technical teams
• Fluent English communication skills
• Previous pre-sales experience would be beneficial
• Ability to travel internationally
