Job Title: Solution Architect - .NET Core & ReactJS
Location: Pune
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 5 Months
Work Type: Onsite

• We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS Cloud, and Microservices Architecture to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of architecture, hands-on development, cloud-native solution design, and pre-sales experience.
• This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand business requirements.
• Create high-level and detailed technical architecture designs, including system components, integrations, and data flows.
• Ensure solution designs align with security standards, scalability requirements, and architectural best practices.
• Drive architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations.

Technology Selection

• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and libraries for backend and frontend development.
• Stay current with advancements in .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS cloud technologies, and software architecture trends.
• Define standards and best practices for development teams.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor developers and conduct design and code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.

Cloud Native & Microservices Architecture

• Design cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
• Architect scalable microservices solutions using:
• AWS Lambda
• AWS Step Functions
• AWS CodeCatalyst
• AWS CodeBuild
• Implement event-driven and serverless architectures where appropriate.

Scalability & Performance

• Design highly scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Implement load balancing, caching strategies, and database optimization techniques.
• Identify and mitigate architectural bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Develop monitoring and observability strategies.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure applications comply with OWASP security standards and secure coding practices.
• Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Conduct architectural risk assessments and security reviews.

Database & Data Management

• Design database schemas and data models.
• Develop and review complex SQL scripts and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Documentation

• Prepare architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution blueprints, and implementation documents.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication

• Present architecture solutions and technical strategies to stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution workshops, and technical proposal discussions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with pre-sales exposure focused on .NET technologies.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native and microservices-based solutions on AWS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
