Solution Architect - Emerging Platforms

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect for its Emerging Platforms - Delivery team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis-based demand and supply planning solutions across cutting-edge platforms. You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into robust, rapid-response architectures, author comprehensive solution documentation, and ensure seamless post-implementation support.

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning and solution architecture.

• Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including demand and supply planning modules.

• Proven track record of end-to-end Kinaxis implementations on emerging platforms.

• Strong background in solution authoring and configuration management.

• Hands-on experience with rapid-response scenario modeling and analytics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor junior staff.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (Master s preferred).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Design and architect end-to-end Kinaxis solutions aligned with emerging platform technologies.

• Lead full lifecycle implementations, from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture demand and supply planning requirements.

• Develop rapid-response models and scenario-planning capabilities.

• Author technical and functional solution documentation, including configuration guides.

• Mentor and guide delivery teams on best practices and architectural standards.

• Ensure integration of Kinaxis with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.

• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of planning processes.

• Manage client expectations and provide executive-level status reporting.

• Support post-implementation governance and performance tuning.
