Solution Architect HRIS

Missions

• Analyze current HRIS architecture

• Support decision-making to define target architecture (functional and technical)

• Design interoperability with existing enterprise HR components in collaboration with respective solution owners, establishing architectural patterns for secure and efficient integration (through blueprints)

• Work closely with the client’s Architecture and other teams (including business stakeholders, IT departments, security, compliance) and the Group HR Architecture team to meet all requirements and ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

• Develop a transformation roadmap based on target architecture and context (business strategy, IT strategy, local constraints/requirements)

• Estimate impacts (organizational, business, technical, financial)

• Share HR-related knowledge with the client teams

Tools & Environment

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country HRIS systems

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns

• Strong knowledge of HRIS solutions and market

• Optional: familiarity with AI/ML solution integrations preferred

Working Conditions

• Duration: 3 months renewable

• Start date: ASAP

• Language: English fluent

1. Minimum 10 years of experience
2. Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country HRIS system
3. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns
4. Strong knowledge in HRIS Solutions/Market
5. Familiarity with AI/ML solution integrations preferred
6. Communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, opinions, and feedback in English
7. Collaboration skills to work well with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic
8. Problem-solving skills to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
9. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads to meet deadlines
10. Leadership skills to take charge of projects and motivate team members to achieve goals
