We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Solution Architect to join our IoT division in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and overseeing the implementation of complex enterprise solutions that deliver robust and innovative digital services.

What You Will Be Doing

• End-to-End Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technical solutions, encompassing system integration, application architecture, and complex data flows.
• Technical Blueprinting: Translate business requirements and user stories into precise technical specifications, detailed design documents, and architectural blueprints.
• Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend the right technologies, platforms, and frameworks—ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, highly performant, and cost-effective.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, PMs, and business analysts. Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
• Mentorship & Governance: Provide technical guidance to engineering teams. Conduct regular architectural reviews and audits to identify risks, prevent bottlenecks, and enforce best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years serving as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Cloud & Architecture: Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, SOA). Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Tech Stack: Extensive experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js), database technologies (relational & NoSQL), API design, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions.
• DevOps: Solid familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
