About the Role
Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end enterprise digital solutions. You will bridge business vision with technical execution, driving architectural excellence across Java/Spring Boot microservices, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design & Modeling: Define end-to-end enterprise architecture using the C4 Model (Context, Container, Component, Code) ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Backend & Cloud-Native: Architect scalable microservices using Java & Spring Boot; design and manage containerized systems on Kubernetes.
• Full-Stack & API Strategy: Guide API design (REST, event-driven) and oversee modern frontend architectures (React/Angular).
• AI-Assisted SDLC & Leadership: Champion AI-assisted development (coding assistants, automated testing, code review) and mentor engineering teams, collaborating closely with DevOps and Product Owners.

Requirements

• Backend Mastery: Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed Microservices architecture.
• Architecture Standards: Proven mastery of the C4 Model and architectural documentation.
• Container & Cloud: Hands-on expert in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, networking, and troubleshooting).
• Full-Stack & Integration: Solid foundation in modern Frontend architecture (React / Angular) and Event-Driven / REST API design.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving mindset.
