Your new Role

As a Solution Architect , you will play a key role in designing and governing end-to-end cloud solutions that support HAVI’s strategic goals. Reporting to the relevant technology leadership team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cloud governance policies, and security best practices.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing end-to-end cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and highly available solution designs.
• Defining architecture blueprints covering compute, networking, identity, data, integration, and security domains.
• Architecting containerized and microservices-based solutions running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Ensuring alignment with cloud governance, security, compliance, and platform standards.
• Designing identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Defining high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies aligned with business requirements and RTO/RPO objectives.
• Conducting architecture reviews and providing recommendations related to scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that support the organization's technology strategy.
• Creating and maintaining architecture documentation, solution designs, technical diagrams, and decision records.
• Supporting project assessments, effort estimations, and technical risk analysis activities.
• Collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure successful implementation of approved architectures.

What you will need to succeed:

To succeed as a Solution Architect, you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture patterns and services.
• Proven experience designing production-grade cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, and governance.
• Experience designing container-based and Kubernetes-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture topics such as SSO, federation, RBAC, zero-trust concepts, and encryption.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Azure certifications (AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API design.
• Experience with React, C#, and .NET Framework.
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cost governance strategies.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
