About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of technology solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures for complex technology projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical challenges.
• Support solution reviews and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Solution Architect delivering application, integration, infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience across Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), digital technologies, and service-oriented architecture principles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions for large-scale enterprise projects.
• Experience supporting cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies including APIs, REST services, ETL, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with virtualization and container platforms such as VMware and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, cybersecurity considerations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation or modernization programs.
• Exposure to cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working within complex regulatory or public sector environments.
