Solution Architect - Salesforce, Data & AI

We’re seeking a Solution Architect who can translate client objectives into scalable Salesforce, Data and AI solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role spanning strategic advisory, solution design and technical project leadership.

Our high-performing team of strategic thinkers, industry experts and technical specialists deliver complex Salesforce transformations for some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading Nonprofit, Financial Services, Automotive and Health organisations.

Our solutions typically leverage Salesforce Core, Industry Clouds, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Integration, Agentforce and Frontier AI models.

The Role

You'll add strategic and technical value across the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, including:

Strategic Advisory

As a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues, you’ll help teams navigate complexity and guide them towards outcomes.

With in-depth Salesforce platform knowledge, you’ll frame solution options and trade-offs, define MVP scope and make business, architecture and delivery choices clear. You’ll also support Solutions Directors with pre-sales discovery, solutioning, demos and RFP responses.

Solution Design

You’ll define how Salesforce, Data and AI fit within the client’s wider enterprise architecture, integrations and workflows.

You’ll facilitate collaborative workshops that surface the insights needed to design scalable end-to-end solutions. Your blueprints and solution playbacks will bring clarity and confidence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll keep design and build decisions anchored to the outcomes that matter.

Technical Project Leadership

You’ll own solution direction on major projects and act as the primary point of contact for architecture decisions across complex programmes.

You’ll provide architectural oversight and design assurance throughout the project lifecycle, guiding consultants and developers on data models, security and access, integration design, technical governance, automation and build patterns.

As a natural mentor and coach, you’ll help your team raise the standard of their work through peer review and a collaborative approach to problem solving.

When the situation calls for it, you’ll get hands-on to prototype or validate approaches, resolve high-risk issues or deliver complex project components.

To codify your knowledge, you’ll leverage our AI-enabled Salesforce development environment to turn proven approaches into reusable patterns and standards.

Experience & Qualifications

You'll definitely have:

• 6+ years' experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect credentials.
• Broad cross-cloud experience designing solutions across Salesforce Industries, Marketing Cloud, Data 360 and integration.
• Strong workshop facilitation and solution presentation skills, with the confidence to build alignment among senior client stakeholders.

Although not essential, it would be great if you have:

• Applied AI experience using Agentforce, Data 360, frontier models and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
• Experience delivering projects in nonprofit, financial services, automotive or healthcare sectors.
• Additional Salesforce or AI certifications.

If you’re based in Auckland, you’re welcome to work from home, or out of our co-working space in Britomart. If you’re located outside of Auckland, remote working options are available.
