Solution Architect (ServiceNow)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the solution design, architecture, and implementation approach for enterprise-scale ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The architect will connect business outcomes to platform capabilities, define the end-to-end technical blueprint, and guide delivery teams toward secure, scalable, maintainable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and solution-design sessions to understand business processes, desired outcomes, platform constraints, and integration requirements.

Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture, including application components, data architecture, integrations, workflows, security, and deployment approach.

Design and assess solutions using Now Assist, Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic automation where appropriate.

Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

Evaluate standard platform capabilities versus customization, prioritizing maintainability, upgrade safety, and total cost of ownership.

Define integration patterns, API contracts, data mapping, error handling, identity/access design, and monitoring.

Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, data governance, security/privacy requirements, and non-functional requirements.

Partner with business stakeholders, platform owners, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and program management teams.

Guide technical estimation, sequencing, dependencies, proof-of-concepts, and architecture decision records.

Review implementations and provide technical direction, mentoring, and issue escalation support.

Support testing strategy, cutover, release readiness, production transition, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years of ServiceNow and enterprise solution-design experience.

Demonstrated experience leading architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, security, data structures, and implementation best practices.

Hands-on or architecture-level experience with AI-enabled solutions, Now Assist, Generative AI, or AI agents.

Ability to create architecture artifacts and communicate design trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership, estimation, risk management, and developer-guidance skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CSA/CAD and relevant CIS or Now Assist credentials.

Experience with CMDB/CSDM, ITSM/CSM, AIOps, MCP, and enterprise integration ecosystems.

Experience delivering solutions across distributed/offshore teams.

Pay: ₹882,000.00 - ₹2,470,000.00 per year
