As Solution Architect / Designer

You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, delivery, and operational readiness of IT solutions, You will ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, secure, and operable throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept and build through deployment, run, and continuous improvement. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders, development teams, and operations.Your will ensures alignment with enterprise standards while meeting business and operational requirements. You will keep focus on operability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency in Build & Run environments.

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

• 10+ years experience in solution architecture

• 10+ years experience in design scalable, resilient, secure architectures

• 10+ years experience in integration patterns, data flows, and APIs

• 10+ years experience in operability by design (monitoring, logging, alerting, DR, supportability)

• 5+ years experience on complex, multi-system / multi-team environments

• Professional knowledge of English, fluency in local language French or Dutch

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of End-to-end architectures (build + run), including Cloud / hybrid architecture (Azure or equivalent) and principles (APIs, microservices, cloud-native)

• Very handy with Containerization (Docker/Azure Kubernetes services)

• Good with Security and compliance by design

• Strong affinity with Integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, messaging)

• Familiarity with databases, data flows, resilience patterns, HA / DR

• Familiarity with DevOps & operability fundamentals (CI/CD, monitoring, logging, SRE basics) • Proficient with Incident & problem management exposure (root cause analysis, tool : Dynatrace, Kibana and Grafana)

• Thinks beyond the immediate solution to long-term impact

• Anticipates risks and future constraints

• Produces structured, decision-oriented documentation

• Explains complex architectures clearly and simply
