Solution Architect / Technical Lead (Telecom / Enterprise, AWS Cloud-Native)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to own end-to-end technical architecture for the Linkfields Store Agent Modernization program, built on Flutter, Java Spring Boot and AWS.

The role defines the architecture, integration patterns and non-functional standards for the platform, and provides technical leadership across backend, frontend, data and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for the platform.

Design microservices and event-driven architecture on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL).

Define integration architecture with enterprise systems — CRM, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, KYC/Identity Verification.

Lead technical design reviews and enforce architectural standards across teams.

Own non-functional requirements: scalability, security, performance and resilience.

Mentor backend, frontend and data engineers on architecture and best practices.

Evaluate technology choices and provide build-vs-buy recommendations.

Collaborate closely with BA, UX, QA and DevOps to ensure designs are implementation-ready.

Own and maintain the technical risk register.

Must-Have Skills

12+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture roles.

Deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native architecture (serverless and containerized).

Strong background in Java 17+, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud and microservices design.

Working knowledge of Flutter/mobile architecture and cross-platform app design.

Strong API design skills (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and event-driven/serverless patterns.

Experience architecting integrations with CRM, OMS, Billing, Inventory or KYC platforms.

Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have

Telecom retail or store-operations domain experience.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.

TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

Experience leading legacy-to-cloud modernization programs.
