Solution Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Design and recommend infrastructure, network, security, and cloud solutions
• Support sales activities including customer presentations, solution demonstrations, PoCs, and proposal preparation
• Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, and sizing recommendations
• Participate in project implementation, migration, upgrade, and troubleshooting activities
• Deploy and configure infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and networking platforms
• Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, system integration, or technical consulting

• Basic knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Virtualization platforms
  • Enterprise Storage and Backup Solutions
  • LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security Fundamentals
  • Public Cloud Platforms

• Hands-on implementation experience is an advantage

• Presales, customer presentation, PoC, or proposal preparation experience is preferred

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English and Chinese

• Relevant certifications are advantageous
