Solution Consultant

• This role focuses on driving DX business growth by providing technical support, defining strategic goals for the solutions portfolio, and fostering collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the position involves cultivating a positive customer experience to ensure long-term success, profitability, and strategic alignment with company vision

Your Core Focus:

• Meeting clients to uncover business challenges and presenting tailored technical proofs-of-concept.
• Develop customer presentation material based on business and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshop, solution presentation to articulate business value and influencing user.
• Develop solution architecture based on customer requirement, creating system blueprints and proposals to customers.
• Working with Implementation team to outline project requirements and resources.
• Overseeing technical setup and configurations during system deployment.
• Working with Implementation team to resolve integration and deployment errors.
• To plans, advice leads sales and marketing activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology.
• Maintain close relationships with vendors and key partners clear understanding of their solution Go-To-Market (GTM) success elements and expectations.
• Constantly updated with market information from various sources and able to act quickly to market changes.
• Optimize each product in the portfolio to identify opportunities to expand relevant solutions offering.
• Establishes and articulates innovations to growth opportunities for customers and the company.
• Ensures client satisfaction and broadening of offerings with potential new customers.
• Communicates with cross-functional groups and builds strategic relationships with client teams.
• Provides thought leadership and capitalizes on cumulative industry, product, and company-specific experiences.
• Captures best practices and advises and facilitates the management and movement of information.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• With minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in enterprise applications/solution, such as ERP, CRM, and accounting systems.

• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills to present ideas clearly to executives.

• Good team player and able to communicate cross functions.

• Proactive behaviour.

• Experience of working on projects.
